TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. New accounts are Paid in Advance. Terms and credit may be established after approval by Encore Sales. Trade and banking references will help in the determination of operating terms and credit for all future orders.
2. Encore Sales does accept credit card payments. For Canada, VISA and Master Card are the only credit cards accepted at this time. For American customers, Encore Sales accepts VISA and Master Card.
3. Encore Sales will issue credit for product to an account under the following circumstances;

1. products that are defective
   
2. products that arrive damaged
   
3. overcharges in billing for product
   
4. missing products

All claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Encore Sales will not accept any claims after seven (7) days. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct stock has been received and is in good order.
